The clubhouse is available for rental to all members for personal parties or events. There is a nominal fee, and a security deposit is required. The security deposit will be returned after the event and after the rental event is cleaned by the renter and check by a Director.
This clubhouse has a main entrance and 2 emergency exits for the clubhouse rental section. It also has a restroom for men and women.
The clubhouse is also available to non-members also.

Non-Member rates will be $450 for a weekend rental
Members:
$200 on the weekends - Friday, Saturday or Sunday
$25.00 for 1 to 2 hours rental - Monday to Thursday
(Meetings, Yoga and Zumba and other short needs)
$75.00 for 5 hour rental - Monday to Thursday
(Meetings, Yoga and Zumba and other short needs)
Non-Members:
$450.00 on the weekends - Friday, Saturday or Sunday
$40.00 for 1 to 2 hours rental - Monday to Thursday
(Meetings, Yoga and Zumba and other short needs)
$150.00 for 5 hour rental - Monday to Thursday
(Meetings, Yoga and Zumba and other short needs)
Also for Members and Non-Members there is a $200 security deposit that gets return after the event.
